How to make bullets penetrate more bodies?

I've been trying to find a mod that adds more bullet penetration to NPCs and I found one that did called Real'O Weaponry. However I don't want the added effects of everything else that comes with it. So I'm trying to find answers to how and where I would change values of all the guns to add more penetration to NPCs.
Would this be done in weapons.meta? Or multiple files?

@Le-Misanthrope Both, in weapons meta there is a penetration value for each weapon,just increase it.
There is another file i forgot the name that handles the penetration for individual materials,but for peds weapons.meta will do the trick, mind you the game is hard code to penetrate only 7.
