Is it possible to install an ENB for FiveM? I am part of a RP community and want an ENB. How can I install one?

Just get any ENB and ReShade and istall it like any other and it'll work. It works for me for example. FiveM uses ingame data from ur GTA5 folder so thats why having it there should perfectly work. OpenIV edits won't work thou.
