ScriptHookVDotNet and LUA failed to load.

Hello, I'm running the latest GTA V Steam Version, the problem I keep having is that LUA and ScriptHookVDotNet fail to load everytime I run GTA V, I've tried just using the vanilla version + ScriptHookv, ScriptHookVDotNet and LUA, which also failed. I'm on Windows 10 Creators Edition so I have the latest .NET version installed. (i checked the registry to be sure)

Installation
Install
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2(or higher, so skip this step on Windows 10)
ANDMicrosoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64).
Download and install the latest Script Hook V. Alsways re-do this step after a R* update is pushed.
Download and install Community Script Hook V .NET and copy the ASI file into your game directory (the DLL and XML files are for developers only).You are probably missing a correct Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013

@ReNNie oh yeah, I already installed that, along with 2015 version, which I read I needed to have somewhere, didn't fix it though

@ZetaHD man, if this doesnt fix it for you, im not sure what you can do, try to install every file from the vs 2013 and 2015, like i mean the x86, the arm and the x64 aswell, not sure if it was a fix for me, but after doing these things it worked

@ReNNie thank you so much dude, i just installed all the installers for c++ 2013 and 2015 and if i hadnt installed it yet i did, if i did install it i just clicked repair and it.
