Mods won't register on ScriptHook

I'm running the latest GTA V supplied by Steam
Any, and all script mods
Menyoo, NFS:U Speedometer, Manual Transmission
I don't have any log files
reinstalling mods, reinstalling GTA V (3 times)LOGS:

I recently found out that a multiplayer mod (GTMP and FiveM) messed up my game's mods somehow. I'll leave log links for anyone to check out.

OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700
GPU: NVidia GeForce GTX 1070
RAM: 16GB
SSD: 256GB
HDD: 2TB

FiveM is separate from your game folder and doesn't mess with your existing installations, settings, and whatnot. Can't say the same about GT:MP as you can see its textures being loaded by ScriptHookV.
Aside from ScriptHookDotNet, nothing is loaded by ScriptHookV. Can you show your installation directory and maybe asiloader.log?

Just throw out all GTMP shit and reinstall scripthookv cleanly and launch gta v from steam or something
