Can someone create a guide on how to convert GTA IV peds to GTA V

Ive been scouring the internet trying to find a helpful guide but I have found nothing. If anyone could give me a link to a guide they found or create one that would be so helpful!

But before you can convert a IV ped to V you'll probably have to get skilled in understanding how to use the skeleton file and rig it?
