GTA V not showing DLC/Add-On Vehicles in trainers

So I've never had problems with mods like I started having last night. I don't usually do vehicle replacement mods unless I really like the replacement. After trying out a replacement mod for an Acura Integra I ran the game and right away none of my add-on vehicle mods or online MP dlc vehicles show up. They were working before the replacement.

I open up the Menyoo trainer and realize that now it only shows the vanilla GTA V single player vehicles. It doesn't show any of the online multiplayer vehicles nor the Add-On vehicles I had.

Yes, I do install mods to the mods folder and yes I did copy the replacement files to the mods folder, more exactly the x64w.rpf file which that one replacement came from. So to try and "fix" it I deleted the replacement files, the entire x64w.rpf file that I had copied to the mods folder, but still nothing. Menyoo still only shows the vanilla single player vehicles.

I am at a loss as to what broke or how to get my add ons and online MP dlc to show up again. Before, when a replacement broke my game, I'd just delete the entire x64 file from my mods folder or revert changes with original files and would not get any problems. Any suggestions or ideas?

You fucked up your dlclist.xml file, probably.
