Realistic Graphics

If I want to get the most realistic graphics with minimal impact performance, should i go with "Make Visuals Great Again" or "Natural Vision Remastered"?

@stgX_ If u meant MVGA with its ReShade-preset, then it by no means have minimal impact to performance.

NVR does look quite realistic and i've heard it doesn't affect the performance much. Is that true, the performance thing?

@stgX_ NVR does not rely on ReShade or even on ENB as that much, as MVGA. Many ENB, but especially ReShade-presets can cause noticable FPS-drops on most of the computers. NVR focuses more on timecycles, weathers, visualsettings & etc.
But I don´t care about the drop and mix together NVR with MVGA-s ENB+ReShade. I have noticed, that quite many enjoy such combo, I recommend!

@stgX_ I absolutely recommend NVR. I'm using it since June (when I joined the Beta-Testing team of it) and it got improved a lot. It's still being improved and updated, and it doesn't down your game performance at all.
