"Gta 5 Has Stopped Working"

Hello! I have a problem. Well, i insatlled an add-on car mod, and when i tried to open gta 5, the game stopped and said the storage of my pc is low and i have to reboot it. i fixed this probem, but another one appears. when is loading the story mode the game is crashing and i dont know why? Can anyone help me pls?
