About hair / clothing / car mods

How can I install multiple hair/ clothing/ car mods at the same time? I always see them replacing the same files in OpenIV
Also installing one hairstyle doesn't let me pick other vanilla ones

@ailexadvent clothing mods will always replace a vanilla file unless a author includes a ymt file to make it a addon, this isn’t a simple task to do so not everyone does, cars will replace if the title read “REPLACE”, if you can’t chose any vanilla hairstyles then that means that the mod replaced all the vanilla hairs
