error 0xc0000142 in update 1.41

Hi, I can´t start GTA V because it appears the error 0xc0000142.
I tried reinstall , i tried run in compatibility mode, i tried clean the registry of Windows with CCleaner....
Please i need help.

@Joselok11 You probably have corrupt files or problem with dll, try to update drivers, directX and net framework.
