[VEHICLE] GTA III Perennial Conversion

Dear modding community,

There is a GTA IV mod that creates a higher poly version of the old station wagon Perennial from GTA III. (http://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/cars/71558-gta-iii-perennial-high-poly/)
I would greatly appreciate if someone would convert these files from .wtd and .wft. i know this may not be an easy feat but I just want them as a reskin for ANY vehicle.
