All of the mods listed in my DLClist.xml randomly stopped working

I randomly got onto gta today and all the mods listed in the DLClist.xml file do not work (addonpeds, batman vehicle pack, some other modded cars) PLEASE HELP!! I also need to say that It worked before this problem, and suddenly stopped working, no mods added or anything!!
