Franklin Stuck when launching GTA V

Whenever I launch GTA V on my PC, franklin is stuck in air. Here is a screenshot!

any help would be greatly appreciated
P.S i have been messing with the game settings, so it might be causing something but i want to know what so i can remove it

Found a fix myself,
anyone of you having this problem
watch this video about a teleporting glitch, use the glitch and you are good
