Add-on car are not showing in car spawner.

Hello, I'm running GTA V on the latest version of Steam.
I have installed some mods of add-ons with OpenIV and the fact is that I have installed them and I have gone to the game to test them, I opened the mod menu to appear cars added and they just did not appear the cars in the list.
How I installed it:
1-Download the mod
2-Opened OpenIV
3-I went to update\x64\dlcpacks and I put the folder called "ferrari821" inside.
4-I have gone to update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and I have added the line corresponding to the mod at the end. (that is <item>dlcpacks:\ferrari812</item>)Active Mods:

Hola, estoy corriendo GTA V en la ultima versión de Steam.
He instalado algunos mods de add-ons con OpenIV y el caso es que los he instalado y he ido al juego a probarlos, abrí el menu del mod para aparecer coches agregados y simplemente no aparecían los coches en la lista.
Como lo he instalado:
1-Descargue el mod
2-Abrí OpenIV
3-He ido a update\x64\dlcpacks y he puesto la carpeta llamada "ferrari821" dentro.
4-He ido a update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml y he agregado al final del todo la linea correspondiente al mod.Mods activos:
