-
GTA 5 Version: 1.0.1180.2
Been having this problem for a while and I don't know how to fix it , so I've been downloading mods one by one making sure they work properly and have been doing that for a while now , right now my game just keeps crashing and I don't know which mod is causing it because I wasn't having issues before and now no matter what I do the game doesn't stop crashing on the loading screen , I need help fixing this , I will provide any info anyone asks for so that I can get this fixed , thanks..

@SlothyYT Try using a different gameconfig
-
@Biggdogg I will do that but something just started happening , steam randomly just uninstalled GTA 5 but when I go to where I had it installed it literally is deleting the x64 rpf files , I have no idea what's going on
-
@SlothyYT screen shot of your game root?

this is where i had it installed and now that I open up OpenIV it says that its not installed where I originally had it. Steam is installing the game as if I never installed it.
-
@SlothyYT Yeah that will probably help lol
-
@Biggdogg I had a mods folder already installed , steam just randomly uninstalled the game , GTA 5 was working fine a couple hours ago.
-
@SlothyYT yeah just saw the mods folder in second pic, looks like you have to reinstall bro, that's weird did you change your GTAV file location?
-
@Biggdogg how do I go about putting the mods back? I had a couple car mods and stuff.
& No I didn't change the location it just randomly uninstalled and now its just making a new fresh copy of the game , it literally deleted all the x64 files and GTA5.exe
-
@Biggdogg nevermind I guess the game took a shit on itself and might've repaired itself the x64 files are back along with GTA5.exe ,the game works fine and Its exactly where I was with no crashing , thanks for your help.
