Addon DLC cars wont spawn in traffic

I downloaded a car pack that had around 750 cars , They are all installed as DLC's . I am using the southern san andreas exotic traffic mod yet the only cars I see are the default vanilla cars . Someone help me out please . I used to have tonnes of addon cars on my previous installation of gta 5 and they all spawned in traffic . I removed gta 5 a while back , I installed it again today and got the car pack too . None of the Addon Cars are spawning in traffic . Any help would be highly appreciated . Thanks .

Do these carpack makers ask permission before uploading that stuff elsewhere?

I am not aware of that . The car packs contain cars from famous authors like Vans123 and the YCA modding group .
