Allow GIFs?

It would be cool if we could use GIFs if a user mouses over a mod like some sites do ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) or just have GIFs in general along with regular images to show off a mod in a more advanced way.

@jedijosh920 I don't really like the idea of gifs playing all over the place so that's why I never allowed it. Enabling it on mouse over is a good idea but gifs don't really work that way. The "other sites" that you're mentioning don't use gifs, they just show different scen...I mean images based on a timer. Is that more what you had in mind?

Sorry, that just made me LOL... maybe it's a sign I've seen too many of those "other sites"
Could you implement something like the Bing video preview mode they have for YouTube videos? I don't know how they work or what controls them but I presume it has to be a feature Google allows on videos from YouTube... and those other sites saying that.
