Replace aircraft texture glitch issues

Hi there.
Downloaded a couple of civilian jets earlier today and replaced the hideous vanilla models using openiv. The models and textures were fine using openiv model viewer but the textures glitch like batcrap in-game.
I had similar problems before, usually due to an uncopied model file in the vanilla archive instead of mods folders. I made sure that all models were copied to the mods folder but the problem still remains.
