GTA 5 crashing upon launching story mode. (Need help please)

Hey guys my game keep crashing upon loading into story mode. I recently modded lspdfr and a lot of addons along with it.
My internet is very slow so I'd like to avoid re downloading the game as it would literally take me 2 weeks! I'd appreciate any help. I have a crash report however im not sure how to upload it.

No need to re-download everything because as a good modder you've made a backup of the entire game folder before making your edits and besides you're using the mods folder method, right?Not knowing what you exactly installed or what error you get, my first question is: are you using dilapidated's gameconfig.xml for the latest version?
