100% saved game in put crashing ??

Hay guys i new to this modding and only got to know how from you tube but i am getting there slowly lol. I am trying to load a 100% saved game in to my GTA 5. Now when i go on to the game i see it is there and it says 100% and all that but when i click on it it loads then crashes the game any idea why i have tried more than one of the downloads but still come up crashing problem with GTA 5.
Any ideas guys thanks
