Is there a mod that increases the map boundary?

So I downloaded this mod:

Unfortunately, it's near impossible to get to because it's just outside the map boundary and any vehicle I take will stop working before I reach it. I can't swim to it because of sharks. I used mapeditor's editor mod to transport my character there but I can't spawn vehicles because they instantly stop working.

Is there any way to disable this?
