Remove the ugly 'Online News'?

I have seen users do it in videos and screenshots, so I know someone here knows how. How can I remove the awfully ugly news box on the loading screen?

I THINK it might work, add in a commandline
scOfflineOnly

It worked with scOnlineOnly, so that may work.
