open iv error

i have this weird error on open iv were if i try to install something using the package installer an error message shows up saying this creatdevice0- failed then it says this :Cframework initialize failed any ideas on how to fix this i never had this problem before

It's CreateDevice(), probably.
Apparently you're not the only one, and it seems nvidia-driver related. Try updating your drivers and updating Windows fully if you hadn't yet.
