Is it possible to convert a script mod from gta 4 to gta 5?

Theres a script mod from gta 4 - http://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/mods/62103-ufuse-drugdealer-script-mod-v1-1/ -(not mine) that I would like to use in gta 5. Is it possibly to simply convert the mod and if so what would I have to do?

There is no automatic way to convert scripts from IV to V. It would have to be rewritten from scratch or converted by hand.
