Livery problem

i use paint shader 3 and i put my livery in detail2 (palmer_sign_1,palmer_sign_2 etc )
i add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in your vehicles.meta
but on game i have a issue livery was not on vehicle and there is the color of the livery that is on the votiure

when i use paint 3 i can change livery but it is not a livery it's color
