GTSpace: Houston I have a problem!

GTSpace not working for me. After initial installation, worked well in preparatory missions but once I clicked to go into space, game crashed.
I uninstalled game, reinstalled, then reinstalled GTSpace and this time no Star Icon at military base nor was there any response of Space Menu at NUM 9. I must add, as we all do, that I very carefully followed directions and order of assets.
Though I am far from a tech savvy gamer, I checked logs looking for anything related to Space, and I did come upon this in the ScriptHookVDotNet-2017 log:
[ERROR] Failed to instantiate script 'GTS.Core' because constructor threw an exception:
System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Void GTA.Script.add_Aborted(System.EventHandler)'.
at GTS.Core..ctor()I'm running GTAV 101/Steam with Win 10. Appreciate any insight that will lead to me getting up and running. Thanks ever so much.
ps in addition asi logger log has no mention of GTS.asi plugin loading
