How to move ybn collisions?

Hey guys. I found a mod called ViceV (by GTARandom), which adds a Vice City into GTA V. And what I want to do is ped/car paths to it. The CodeWalker is able to do that (thanks to dexyfex).
I tried to add some paths to the game and yes, it works. (but only scripted peds are able to use it for now)
The problem I faced is that Vice City is placed too far for CodeWalker to be able to place objects on it (path nodes) and for game to be able to read it. According to this map Vice City is placed in the bottom right and some of it's area can't be covered with paths.
So I decided to move it. I wrote a little C# script which modifies an ymap (converted to xml) and moves the entire map. But it seems that ybn cols remains on their old place.
So, how to move it too? Where are they referenced? Where are their position information stored and how to edit it?
