Director mode game crash / Manyoo game crash

Hello guys,
Recently I started having the following issue.Whenever I use a gameconfi from this website my game crashes when I go to Director mode and choose my online character. I get an error " ERR_GEN_ZLIB_2 failed zlib call " . SO this only happens when I am NOT using the original Gameconfig but the ones on this website.
The same error occures when I try to load my online character in Manyoo or a multiplayer character in Manyoo, same error.
If I put back the original gameconf file I get no errors.
I have even reinstalled the whole game and still same error.
I hope someone has an solution for my issue
P.S I have the Steam version of the game

where do I find the logs? ( pretty new to modding )
And that google link is kind of useless as it is not my game files ( already installed the game 2 times ) . And yeah so this error only appears when I am using the gameconfig from this website ( tried them all )
