Can't get a custom add-on vehicle pack to work

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I followed the tutorial perfectly.
See if you can figure out what I did wrong. Please! I need some help on what I screwed up.
It crashes on load now that I edited the setup 2 file, but before that it wasn't even registering the vehicle models. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

Line 125 in vehicles.meta should say this <audioNameHash>BIFF</audioNameHash>

okay, as you guys can see I deleted my post but because I have a new problem. Now the game produces an error telling me to reboot and restart the game. the game still runs but openinteriors.asi is disabled and when I die, the game crashes. When I remove this add-on the problem isn't there. any idea what in this add-on might be causing this? did I screw something else up by any chance?
