[TOOL] Reload individual Scripthook scripts

One of my favorite script mods doesn't work when you change characters, so I'm asking someone to make a simple console-like tool that allows you to reload individual scripts, like in RAGE hook, where pressing a button opens up the console where you can, among other things, reload individual scripts.

The mod that I have problems with is a .cs mod in case it matters.
