but when i wanna spawn add-on car the trainer says <invalid model>

No wonder, you typed 2 <Item> tags with a lowercase i instead of an UPPERCASE I.
Not only that, you failed to properly place /s at the end <Item> tag.

Not only that, half the mods listed in his dlclist.xml don't even exist in his dlcpacks folder.
