GTA V Updates when ever I replace a car the game updates

When ever I try to replace a car the game updates and replaces the cars with the original cars.

You have to install all modifications into a mods folder. If you use OpenV it will generate one for you when you install the ASI plugin, check the tutorial section if you dont know what Im talking about.
