Mobile bulletproof vest and medkit

Are there any light script mods that let you buy these items from mobile trader (like it was in GTA IV) or just buy it from the trunk of your car? Google and gta-mods search didn't get any results and I know I can just use trainer for that but I'm sucker for immersion...
