remove the mod ( only blue led in police cars).

I have a problem, i see only blue led in much police cars (online-offline-fivem), and others player see red and blue. so time ago i changed probably the original file (carvarionts.meta or visualsettings maybe but i'm not sure) not in MODS folder. How can I fix it? I tried to install the file '''visualsettings'' again but i have the same problem.
