About this problem: This is a common issue many GTA V players are facing.
Why am I facing this problem even my graphics card supports directx 11? Cause your processor is not supported. Your processor has a graphics card called Intel HD Graphics that doesn't supports directx11 if you have its older drivers, example: If you have Intel HD Graphics 2000, Intel HD Graphics family, Intel HD Graphics 2500. This drivers supports directx11: Intel HD Graphics 3000, and Intel HD Graphics 4000, Intel HD Graphics 4500, Intel HD Graphics 5000, Intel HD Graphics 5500, Intel HD Graphics 6000, Intel HD Graphics 6500, Intel HD Graphics 7000. But you need this processors to install this drivers:
