start over. read the instructions thoroughly and understand them. you obviously haven't otherwise you wouldn't be having an issue.

@Gtavgamer You can enter in the Reshade Official site and see for solutions or ask for one. Could be an issue with your GPU, antivirus, dynamic libraries installed in system, etc.

@Gtavgamer its always the proxy setting. i forgot how i fixed mine but proxy setting is the key. look for lines saying proxy something and google it . enb ini file
