can't enter ponsonby's and suburban to buy

I have mods, most of the them cars and script hook and menyoos. After I installed the mods, i can't longer enter ponsonbys and suburban to buy, the doors is closed. When i enter it says: "is closed, come back later". What can i do ? is this a bug?

@krashadam hi, no i dont, i have tha latest version of the game on steam. I tried to uninstall the menyoos and check if this problem persist.It happen the same problem.
P.D. how do you freeze time ?
If someone have an idea, i appreciate a lot!
