[HELP] Mod skin

How i can install this mod:
I tried more than 10 tutorials on youtube, I can't make it work.
I install everything... ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet, OpenIV, NativeUI, LUA, AddonPeds... the ''L'' from the AddonPeds doens't work no matter what i do
Someone please can help? Step by step?

@Raf1991 download visual studio i think & put the native ui gta 5 template in there https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/nativeui-mod-menu-template
idk will work or no, for me its work when i have same issue like u cant press L x)

@Raf1991 For some people AddonPeds doesn't works so I'm going to teach you how to do it without using AddonPeds.
Installation:
1.Rename the skin files to ig_bankman. There will be 4 files for one ped
2.Run OpenVI, navigate to GTA V\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds _ig.rpf- Put the files that you have renamed to the navigated rpf folder. done close OpenVI.
4.Download Menyoo https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp, once menyoo is downloaded install it. Don't forget to install the requirements.
In game: Press F8 to lunch Menyoo, Go to Player Options, then go to model changer, select Input Model, then type ig_bankman
That's it now you can play as the military stripper XD.
