Just installed everything from the Quick Start Guide. Now game crashes. Please help

I just downloaded gta 5 off of steam. Went and found your quick start guide. Followed it step by step. Downloaded openiv, scripthookV and scripthookvdotnet. Followed the instructions that were given. Haven't downloaded any mods or scripts yet. Once I finished downloading everything needed, now the game crashes instantly. Maybe I put a file somewhere wrong or labeled it wrong? Please help this newbie.

It was in the tutorial on this website. I narrowed it down to scripthookv.dll and dinput8.dll files that are causing the game to crash once it opens. No idea what to do.

Narrowed it down to dinput8.dll not working. Pull it from the game file and the game will run. Put it back in the file, game will just crash upon opening. Any ideas?

Can you post asiloader.log, ScriptHookV.log and ScriptHookVDotNet2.log? They're in the games' main folder.

Did some digging and someone said my mod folder might be corrupted. So I pulled it out and now it works. I'll make a new one. It's weird because I have no mods yet....

Can you post asiloader.log, ScriptHookV.log and ScriptHookVDotNet2.log? They're in the games' main folder.
