Continous error 202's at Social Club

Hi guys,
This month i have been encountering problems with my GTA, in October its fine, but this month i cannot play at all for some reason.
I cannot get past the Social Club launcher, it always shows error 202. And when i tried to bypass the launcher using the no gtav launcher in the mods section, i got another error saying that "your offline activation data cannot be loaded". Even stranger is that i cannot acsess the Social club website. The error im getting at the social club launcher is the "activation of gta v requires internet activation" i already activated my GTA more than 2 years ago!
Tried the flushdns thing doesnt work either, anybody have a solution?
I bought this game in August 2015, retail. Does buying the Steam version fixes things up?
