Car Spawning

Hello everyone,
i have used the search program but i didn`t find anything to this topic.
Is it possible to spawn add-on or replacement cars in certain regions of the game? E.g a tractor should only spawn in country and a sport car only or more often in the city?

You will find that in popgroups.ymt (use an unlocked one as found in the Exotic San Andreas mod) there is ZONING for vehicles.
Basically it controls which model names for peds and vehicles spawn in designated areas such as FREEWAY, COUNTYSIDE_ONROAD, COUNTYSIDE_OFFROAD, LARGE_CITY etc
