New to this site, looking for a few mods

Hey guys, so im no stranger to modding, im pretty sure i can do it all without any help, but im looking for a few mods, and im not 100% sure which ones are the right ones i need.
So i was a huge fan of GTAV Redux, but sadly im only running a gtx980 with 16gb ram, and i would rather have 60 fps with amazing gameplay overhauls, than 30 fps with great visuals you can only S/S lol.
So anyhow, im looking for the Mods in Redux that he "borrowed" wink wink, such as Weather, Vehicle control/performance, Vehicle Replacers, Ads(billboards etc) Replacers, Gun gameplay overhaul, along with sound n replacers. Then the Gore overhaul he used.
