When i try to install ScriptHook V Dot Net and put it in my game directory, it pops up a message when game is loading. It says that it was unable to load "ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll". I have tried unblocking it before putting into the directory, i have tried enabling "loadfromRemotesources", but nothing works. I need it to use MapEditor. Please, some one help, im losing my mind already!!!

@Plastik try to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64) and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2015 (x64)
Even if W10 says the installation doesn't need repairing
