Tree texture issues

Hi Guys,
I'm suffering from a weird tree texture issue which keeps changing when moving the mouse around. Anyone suffer from this or know how to fix it? The is outside Franklins house. Also, this tree is found elsewhere around the world which also does the same thing.
I'm running the current list of mods:
Natural Vision
Reshade and ENB
Texture overhaul pack
brighter emergency lights
Precise Thunder Bolts
L.A roads + L.A roads Patch
L.A Vegetation then L.A Vegetation 2.1 update files
Grass improvements no more dithering
Real California Architecture

I don't know what caused this but I ended up starting the modifications again as I busted the game at some point. When it was re-done the texture was OK the second time. I believe I managed to corrupt one of the files some how. You can close the thread.

@tuff253 No need to close it, your issue may reoccur at some point.
also make sure you're using a mods folder and not overwriting original files...
