Textures not loading and crash (i think cause of add ons mod)

Hi guys, i have about 25/30 add on vehicles i have installed RDE 2.2.1 too and some other asi plugin (map editor, simple trainer etc...) . Since when i installed the lasts 2,3 add on game doesnt load some buildings textures in los santos, when i go near them game load the textures but not in high definition and then i get a crash. My question is, are the add ons the issue? if yes i have to unistall them or there's a fix?
"FIXED" (THANX TO @Red_Eagle ) , THE PROBLEM WAS THE MOD "OPENALLINTERIORS V4", TOMORROW I WILL TEST THE V3, CHECK HERE FOR UPDATE...
