Need a trainer to spawn vehicle add ons

Hi,
New here... go easy
I have installed a couple of vehicle add ons and now I have no idea how to spawn those using their code. IS there a trainer I'm supposed to install that allows me to do that? This is all new to me so any help will be great. If you can provide a link to a trainer or what ever that would be great.
