All of DLC's gone after Install IVPacks

I just fix the dlclist.xml moments ago because I modded dlclist.xml and when I tried to install IVPacks, installation failed due to modded dlclist.xml, so i decide to replace the original dlclist.xml to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/modded dlclist.xml. After the solutions, I install IVPacks via OpenIV Package Installer and download completed, and when I start GTA V and all of sudden, all of DLC's gone including The Lab radio, Self Radio and all the patches by Rockstar Games. Rockstar Editor were still there, so i decide to edit dlcpack.xml and Run GTA V and playing as Addon-Peds with Simple Trainers and it says "Invalid Model" and i tried to spawn a Vehicle DLC, it still says "Invalid Model. So i decide to edit gameconfig.xml and run GTA V, still no DLC's. I tried to replace modded gameconfig.xml and still no DLC's.

I found the solution! Just delete "mods" folder and re-add "mods" folder and copy "update" folder to "mods" and Install IVPacks and re-add Addon-Peds DLC and Addon-Vehicle DLC and edit dlclist.xml and replace the original gameconfig.xml with "Gameconfig (1.0.1180.2) for Limitless Add-On Vehicles " gameconfig.xml and all of the DLC's are back!
