A co-op or multiplayer mod to play with my friend?

This mod right here does not work, neither does the v9.3

so do you know any multiplayer mods? I don't mean FiveM or shit like that becoz I'd only like to play with one person. I don't want public servers.

Use FiveM and this tutorial to play over LAN.

I second FiveM. That way you can run mods (like different cars/skins/textures/peds/maps) without getting banned.
