[MISC] [REL] New Radio Mirror Park

I have decided that I don't like Radio Mirror Park so I am currently in the process of replacing it's songs with various and different music.
Then after that I will replace DJ George's dialogue with my own.
I may keep a few of the idents/jingles as they're not that too bad but I will probably replace a couple.
Oh, such fun!

ooooh Update 1.2:
Changelog 1.2
- Increased the volume of my dialogue
- Re-recorded mono_solo_01 and mono_solo_02
- Made the zip into an OIV file for easier install
I am just waiting for a mod to approve it and then it's ready for you to download and dance to.
