Floating Rain Drops/Splashes Bug

I have an issue with the Rain in GTA V, I get floating rain drops/splashes. It hits the ground and also hits in the middle of the screen where there is no surface. Anyone encounter this issue? Currently have the latest NaturalVision and VisualV installed.
